Ernest and Celestine return to Ernest’s homeland, Charabia, to have his precious broken violin repaired. But they soon discover that music has been banned throughout the country for many years. For our two heroes, living without music is unthinkable! Joined by a few companions, including a mysterious masked avenger, Ernest and Celestine set out to right this wrong and bring joy back to the land of bears.
