Andalusia, 1840.

Returning to Seville after three years of wandering, Salva, a 13-year-old loyal assistant to a blind knife sharpener, meets Carmen, a 20-year-old gypsy with a captivating voice. Upon learning from an omen that death looms over her, he enlists the help of his friend Belén, 15, and her small gang of street kids to try to save her.

From Lillas Pastia's tavern to the winding alleys, from the orange-tiled rooftops to the pigments of the large dye works, from the labyrinth of an old mine to the misty gypsy camp, from the Plaza de Toros to the docked galleons in the Seville port, will they be able to prevent Carmen's tragic fate from coming true?
